I would like to commission a painting of a boat using marine chart paper. My first (and principle) inquiry concerns the best medium, i.e., oil, watercolor, tempura, etc. I want a nicely defined reasonable detailed representation, but I want it on the chart paper (treated for use in bad weather). Bear in mind, also, that the chart contains a considerable amount of printed data that the boat image must compete with. What are Ms. Mulvany's thoughts on this? Thank you. Woody Martin
We only can print it using marine chart paper.
