Can I upload two pictures, and have the cats be combined onto one painting? I have 2 cats and great poses for both of them but in separate pictures.

Yes you can upload both photos separately and they can be combined. However, whether it can be combined to look naturally will depend on the angle and orientation of the photos. The artist can mockup in photoshop how it may look before they start painting.
